Steve sold his recreation property and saved $26,000
 Thank-you for the service and I noticed that it received over 1800 hits; you have quite the marketing tool.
I would never have guessed that I could get that many people to view an ad and the phone calls just never stopped. Your magazine back page layout was so well done that once I saw it I was questioning if I should sell it!
The sell price was $260K and FYI most of the real estate agents that would list a boat access only property like mine want more than the standard commission structure, i.e. - a flat 10%.
I am sure I will use your services again in the future.
