We listed our home on a Thurs
and sold it 4 days later
My wife and I had decided to sell our house this spring of which had been our home for the past 20 years so needless to say it was quite nerving. We decided to call an agent of which was referred to us and and after discussing values and of course their commissions decided to try going it alone. We started to see the TV & billboard adds pop up for ComFree so decided to check it out. Everything we saw impressed us especially the price and the support they provided. I made the call and a rep was out to see us in days and at our convenience. She was very professional and thorough. We listed our home on a Thurs and sold it 4 days later. As the ad said, the house did sell itself and ComFree was there to assist at a very reasonable price.
